    Adding a new Sales Order with Right Networks sync?

    I created a Sales Order in Method and as soon as I entered the company name and hit tab, I got the following error:

    I am using Right Networks with Quickbooks 2011 Premier and Method sync engine. What do you think I should do?

    Hi Mark,

    Try performing a Full Sync in Method by opening the Sync Engine and going to Synchronize > Full Synchronization. Also try going Customize > Tables / Fields and click Edit Fields... for the Sales Order table and then Finished Editing Fields.
