Our daily reports are returning a 404 page when we click on the report title. This type of problem is the most confusing and frustrating about Method support. I'm confused as to whether or not I should open a forum case (when you don't know who I am) or if I should contact my Method rep since it's an obvious site error. And also, who knows when this will be resolved by posting in the forum?
It would be nice if we could contact Method support directly when there is a site error.
