After updating to the latest version of Method, we have a problem with email addresses not auto-populating in the activity window when we check the "send an email" checkbox. Here is how to duplicate the issue.
1. Create an appointment in Outlook and use the "add to method" button.
2. Associate the appointment with a Method contact that has an email address.
3. In the Method activities window for this contact, you will see that the email address has not been brought over with the contact info such as name and phone number.
4. Open this activity and check the "send an email" box and notice that the customer email address is not auto populated into the "To" field.
Users didn't report having this problem before the upgrade.
