    Saving Sales Order Results in "Customer is a requried field. Please enter a value"

    Saving Sales Order Results in "Customer is a requried field.  Please enter a value".  I have clearly selected a valid customer from the database and yet I get that error message.  As a result I cannot update the order.  Any ideas what can cause this?

    Are you using a customized screen or is it the orginal screen? If its the orginal screen can you enable MethodSupport (Customize > Users ) and email me your account name.

    mlepitt,

    Sales Orders are currently not available in QBO. The screen exists in Method but it is most likely there for when Sales Orders do become available (It is hidden by default). The particular issue you are having was addressed on the QuickBooks Desktop version of the Sales Order screen.
