I am getting our system all set up for our customer and I really like it so far. It is very easy to use for the employees that are new to databases and not so tech saavy. I would like to know (as my previous database systems allowed this), if there is a way to add attachments to a customer file? The reason I am asking is that we receive signed Proposal and Credit Card Authorization forms from customers it is nice to be able to attach to the customer record for future review. As well, we have to keep for auditing purposes. If there isn't a way to save a file as an attachment is there a way to save a link that when in the customer file it automatically redirects you to the location in your computer? This just allows for easy access and allows my other employees to view as we have a dropbox on our server that everyone has access to.
