Error when attempting to Approve Time Tracking Entry

    Error when attempting to Approve Time Tracking Entry

    Converting an activity to a Time Entry.  When clicking on Activities->Approve and Close button on the Time Tracking screen, I get the message that asks if I want to close the activity, I click Yes, then the following error pops up:

    The information sent back to the server is in an incorrect format. Please try again. If this continues to happen please contact the Method Integration Team with the account, screen and steps you took to receive this message.

    Please advise.

    I am having the Same issue that Michael mentioned.

    Additionally, when I click Complete Save & Close on the activity, it just closes the Popup screen, it doesn't take me to the Time Tracking screen as it did during the demo on Friday. If I click the Go To button in the activities grid, then it will open the activity as well as the Time Tracking screen where I get the error Michael mentioned.

    I have been having that problem as well since I started using ProServices and brought it to Val's attention during a teleconference a couple of months ago.  I was excited to see it work in the demo and thought that maybe it would be fixed for me (uh... us) but I guess not...

    Michael and Matt - these issues are a combination of design and internal tickets I am waiting to hear back on. I'm hoping to have both resolved soon so they are working as they did during Friday's webinar. I'll try to post here with regular updates if there are any delays.

    Val,

    I have learned to live with the fact that the time tracking screen does not properly pop up and all the other issues I have with ProSvcs, but I cannot accept ERRORS WHEN CONVERTING AN ACTIVITY TO TIME.

    Please let me know when this will be fixed.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for taking the short call yesterday. Some of these concerns have already been addressed while others are currently being worked on through development.  I will post here to let you know when they are live and add a Release Note if any app update was required.
