    Unpaid Bills Detail Scheduled Reports

    Hi

I set up one scheduled report of the type  "Unpaid Bills Detail" for the period of "this year".

But I am getting the following error while generating that report

"The report failed to be generated.

cannot use the element "ReportBasis" in this request".

Please give me the suggestion to solve this error.

    Thanks

    Navitha

    Hi Navitha,

Let me try this on my end and get back to you. Are those the only items you set on the report or where there other items?

No, I set other reports also like vendor balance detail and summary, customer balance detail and summary etc. All those reports are working good.

I am getting that issue only with Unpaid Bills Detail report.

    Navitha-

Have you tried closing and reopening both QB and the Method Sync Engine?

Is this error message poping up in the Method Sync engine or is it in QuickBooks?

Have you tried restarting your computer?

    Re: MethodsUpdate Integration Tool Error

    Michael,

The error is with the MethodIntegrationQB sync tool.

I have restarted QB and Method Sync engine and now I am not getting the error.

But I am more concerned if this error might come again. So wanted to know the cause of this error.

    Thanks

    Navitha

    Answer

    Navitha,

This error usually means that and application didn't have access to enough memory to complete its tasks therefore it couldn't continue, this is the first time I have seen this error message with the Method sync engine. There is a good chance that a lot of your system resourses were in use and that's why the message came up.
