Can't create a new lead

    Can't create a new lead

    I am trying to create a new lead, but always that i click on "New lead" button, I got the folloiwing message: "Could not run the 'Go To Tab Link' command, as there was a problem locating the Tab Link 'New Lead'. This Tab Link may have been deleted, or if you copied the original Screen from another account, you may also need to copy the Screen this Tab Link 'New Lead' belongs to as well."

    How may I proceed?

    Under the Leads tab do you see a New Lead tab link?

    If not you can add it by following the steps below:

    1. Go to Customize > Tabs
    2. Click Edit tab links for the Leads tab
    3. In the Open Screen drop down select CRM_NewLead
    4. Enter New Lead for the tab link name.
    5. Click Add Tab Link
