Can not print work order

    Can not print work order

    I am using an original screen and trying to print work orders from the schedule. I have not had this problem before. I select the appointment, hover the mouse over the appt, select the arrow, drop down and choose "print work order(s)" but instead of going to the work order, it goes to a graph. I also selected "edit" and went right in to the appt and selected "print work order(s)" from the bottom and get the same issue. I fianlly chose the work order list and printed a route sheet as opposed to the work order because it won't come up.

    Answer

    It sounds like someone changed the Default Work Order Template. To check this, go to the Field Service Dashboard screen and click the link that says "Customize Templates" and make sure the correct work order template is selected.

    Based on what you described it sounds like Matt's suggestion may be the answer. Let me know if that is not the case.
