    BPOS Set Up

    We are using BPOS for email.  I am trying to set up email using the server address red001.mail.microsoftonline.com.  However, I keep getting errors.  Any solutions?

    What are the error messages you are receiving? Do you have use SSL checked?

    Error with connecting server; current server:

    red001.mail.microsoftonline.com; connect failed, error:

    0x0000274c

    And yes.  I have SSL checked.  I also tried it unchecked.

    mrtaxi,

    We have seen this error before with Exchange Online and it has to do with it requiring a specific port to communicate. Currently in Method it is not possible to set this port but we do have a ticket on adding this but as of current there is no timeframe for it.

    You'll probably need to use a smtp relay service.
