Hi Ken,
I assure you we do as much multi-browser testing as we can, sometimes issues just come up unexpectedly. As I said above, this issue was fixed in the past, something recent seems to have caused it to show up again. Please also keep in mind that this doesn't happen with every user that uses IE or Chrome, only a very small portion. Recently, we have only been informed with this happening with about 5 users now (to date), compared to the thousands that are using Method design screens. I did have this issue show up in my own test account, but it also disappeared just as quickly, making it difficult for us to pinpoint where it is coming from.
Understand that if this were a User wide issue that were to show up in Method, we would definitely let our Customers know about it and that we are looking into it. The issue being discussed in this forum thread only affects a small few, so we require feedback from these instances to determine the root of the problem. I am not saying it isn't important and that we don't intend on fixing it, I am just saying we wouldn't send a message to all users about this issue, when it is only affecting a small small portion of our users.
Ken, I will say you are definitely not out of line with your suggestions/requests here, we always welcome feedback and do our best to accomodate for all our users.
