Method Community

Hello,

We use company branded headers and footers on all of our outgoing email.  When setting this up in Method, the logos look great in the Method email template screens, however when I send the email, they don't show up and just look like missing images/ errors.  

Any recommendations?

If you go to the email template and click HTML to view the HTML, you should see some items like 

<img src="/Method/AccountPages/TemplateMichaelMelo/ImagesPublished/Chrysanthemum.jpg" alt="" />

change it to

<img src="http://methodintegration.com/Method/AccountPages/TemplateMichaelMelo/ImagesPublished/Chrysanthemum.jpg" alt="" />

You are adding http://methodintegration.com

Let me know if this works, if it doesn't send me an email using the template. I will look into this further and see if there is another way to avoid having to enter this manually.
