    Error on the Mobile Screen

    Hello

    I am getting an error message on the mobile screen:

    Error Generating Grid.  The Grid was unable to build one or more filters, Please edit the screen and verify each grid filter.  If you cannot modify this screen, contact your admin.  In addition, you may access the old method  Website here:

    http://www.methodintergration.com/NovemberTemporaryLogin

    Did you try the https://www.methodintegration.com/NovemberTemporaryLogin link? Does the same error come up?

    Also what is the name of the screen where this is happening?

    When I use the  https://www.methodintegration.com/NovemberTemporaryLogin it works fine.  This is happening on FieldServiceMOB_WorkOrders Screen.

    Jeet-

    What are you doing on this screen for this to happen? Or does this error come up as soon as you load the screen?

    Also there error message that you are getting is the link the link I posted or is it the link you posted.

    I was referring to the same link you were.  https://www.methodintergration.com/NovemberTemporaryLogin

    So when using that link, the screen works fine, it asks me to log in again and once I do log in, I am able to use the screen.  

    The error message appears when I am going from one tab to another.

    Also I want to know if the changes are being made using the old screen, are they effecting the database?

    Changes in the November version will also be avalible in the December version (They share the same database).

    So do I continue to use the screen using the November update? or would I have to make changes to my actions?

    Jeet,

    We are seeing the same error on a custom mobile screen based off of the same screen as you.  Much like your error, it works in the November Version.

    I've done some more testing and it has to do with the action "refresh grid".  I have modified my screen to refresh all grids and that seems to work.  I still get an error, but it is a dialog error "https://m.methodintegration.com  Error Generating Grid." However, this error does not seem to affect refreshing the data in the grid.

    The issue at the moment seems to be on our end and and not with customization. Once we have a fix or more information I will update this forum post.

    Greetings,

    Getting the same issue.  I get the same issues at the following pages:

    1. Mobile field serivices> work order>Work order>Items.  

    2. Mobile field services> Invoices> Items

    3. Mobile field services> Estimates>Items. 

    Looks like anything to do with items it has a issue.  

    When the error messages pops in the grid it tells me to go to a web link but its a web link to the main Method site and not a mobile log in.

    From the November login page you should be able to click on Mobile login and login to the November mobile site.
