I've found a couple of screens where the balance column goes out 4 or 5 decimal places. Is there anyway I can change that or is that something you guys will change?

Example: Customer Center / Customer List / Transactions / Balance column

We're still looking into whether the number of decimal places can be changed. I'll keep you posted.

I have some good news for you. We were able to update the number of decimal places for account balances to 2 digits.  You should be able to see this after our next update in a few days.
