Calendar Statuses

    Calendar Statuses

    Good afternoon all,

    We are trying to modify the calendar statuses in Field Services to add additional ones with different colors (such as rescheduled, client cancelled etc.)

    Does anyone know of any way to do this? We have poked around in the customization quite a bit but found nothing. Thank you!

    Hi EricK3MS,   

     

    You can add additional statuses through the New Activity screen, a work order is just a type of Activity so statuses added here will also apply to work orders.

     

    1. Go To Activities > New Activity

    2. Click  ... beside the “Status” dropdown

    3. Use the screen that pops up to add/edit statuses

     

    One thing to note is that you will have to use HTML color codes for the “Status Color”,  http://html-color-codes.com is a good resource.
