    How do I completely backup my Method data file?

    I export my Method file quite often in CSV format so I can access a backup when I need it. SInce this is .csv, I cannot backup the picture files. How do I back up the complete file? I want to do complete backups in the event of disaster -- I am about to upgrade my QuickBooks file and I have a history of strange things happening.

    Hi Shelley, 

    There is currently no way to export images from Method using the import/export function. It is possible thought to create an html report with all of the images, but I haven't tested it. 

    All of your Method data is backed up daily by Rackspace which is where our servers are located and we have the ability to restore backups if needed but we charge $125/hour for a min of 1 hour.

    Hi Ronen,

    II am upgrading our sofware and want to make sure I'm covered. Let's keep our fingers crossed that a backup will not be needed.
