2 issues (can't find job and printing in pounds)

    2 issues (can't find job and printing in pounds)

    Good day Method

    Issue 1 - customer shows up as active in Quickbooks but not in Method.

    I have tried to resolve this by doing

    • tried 3 different searches (ex Job "went off Highway", I did "went", "off", "High")
    • I have changed my filters to shared, not active, etc
    • double check that I have shared access with everyone
    • Done a sync changes only to makes sure Method and Quickbooks are communicating
    • Check to see if there is any conflict to resolve

    Issue 2 - printing invoices in Method are in pounds but quickbooks is $

    • went into customizing to see if I need to set a parameter that needs to be set
    Please Help if you can, I have also tried switching between December and January to see if there was any differences.

    Hi Irandall,

    For issue 1, you can all the support line at 1-888-925-6238 and press 2 for technical support. I will be able to help you solve that synching issue with the customer.

    Hi Irandall, 

    For issue 2, please check your computers and browsers regional settings. When the invoice report gets generated, the fields in the report designer uses special formatting settings which will pick up the browsers regional setting and will use the currency for the region.
