    map route not working correctly with customer address

    so by default when you enter the customers information or when quickbooks sync's to method not sure it puts under billing to,  the customers name in the first line apparently when you go to use the map column or map selected you get an error every time because it thinks their name is part of the address.  how can we make it only pull the actual part that is the address such as the second and third lines, as well if there is so much as one character out of place it errors out.  why not let the google suggestion take over and let it suggest the closest option.

    Hi MisterBill, 

    In the Dashboard tab link under the Field Service Center tab, there is a link under the Settings section called Settings & Preferences. 

    When you click on Settings & Preferences, you want to click on the Mapping tab. Once you are in that section, you have three options:

    1. Include first address line when plotting addresses? Checkbox 
    2. Default mapping starting address
    3. Default mapping ending address
    Please make sure that you uncheck the checkbox I mentioned in the list above and this will resolve this issue.
