Method Community

The logo appears blurry on the internal pages, what is the largest and clearest sizing allotted to logos.

i also need to know if the logo on on the customer landing page can be enlarged and centered above the client email sign location.

Hi Marlin Imaging,

The logo that you have set up within Method can't be centered on top of the e-mail sign in page to your portal but you can add in a logo to your Method account that is a maximum of 48 pixels in hight and 400 pixels in width.

Hi Marling Imaging,

I just wanted to add some additional information to my post response. If you go to Step 6 of 7: Customize Page Header within the Create a new portal wizard, and you select the option My own a header, you have the option of selecting the HTML tab within the editor that appears, where you will need to provide the HTML so that the logo can be centered.
