Any Time Tracking entries associated with a budget/contract are held within Method until that portion of the contract is invoiced. This is the way the app currently works and we do this to help enforce budget/contract rules or preferences that have been set in Method regarding the line charge types.
Example, if you agree to bill by the hour up to a max (ceiling) of 10 hours there would be no way to monitor or split time tracking entries if this was not the case. There would also be no way to prevent time entered directly from QB from being added to an invoice and going above your set max of time.
We'll look into if and how the app can accommodate this in the future but I would not expect it in the near future. You are more than welcome to customize the app and remove any actions that hold the time tracking (IsWaitForSyncApproval) on the Method side if you require it to show in QB before being invoiced.
