    email that customers see

    When a customer logs into our portal, using their created UN and PW, and they see the screen where they can pay for an outstanding invoice, at the bottom of the screen there is a place that gives them our company contact information. However, the email address that they see is incorrect. How do I change this?

     

    NOTE: I am talking about the place where it says, "Questions? Contact Us!" and then it says, "Solutions" "Existing Cases" "Ask a Question"

    Hi Aaron

    This email address can be changed by updating your company infomation within QuickBooks.

    FYI, though, you need to do a full sync to get the company info over.

    I fixed it! Thanks so much for your help guys.

    BUT! I have one more question. When a customer clicks the link to: "Ask a Question  - Create a new customer service case." the system sends me an email to (again) the wrong address. Where can I change that?

    Hi rbsom,

    I just wanted to assure you that after you change the company information in QuickBooks with the new e-mail address and do a full synchronization, that in the home screen of the third party portal you will be able to send a new case notification as well as the notification to a case response to that new e-mail address.
