setting pages to be shared publicly

    Copyright and Content Ownership
    1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by setting your pages to be shared publicly, you agree to allow others to view and share your Content.
    2. Alocet does not pre-screen Content, but Alocet and its designee have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.

Can you tell me where the setting is to prevent the pages from being shared publicly?

    Thanks!!

    Phillip,

Pages are only "public" if they are shared through a third party portal.

So unless you are sharing pages through a portal, they are not public.

You're welcome.  And - just in case you do need to make a page public without a login, there is a way to do so by using the create third party portal link action.  Just in case that ever comes up.
