Is there a way to search Customers & Leads at the same time?  i.e. if we have a Name but don't know if their status is a lead or a customer is there one place to search both lists?

I have to correct my first post but I wanted to let you know that yes, you can search both Leads and Customers at the same time.  On the Leads page or the Customers page there's a search button near the top right.  From the search page you have access to search Leads and Customers at the same time.
