We are migrating to Method from a home-grown CRM. The legacy system has information set up for companies with multiple contacts associated with each company. I need to find a location in Method for the company-level data such as address, phone, and notes in Method. Each contact also has address, phone, etc. that may or may not match the company data.
When I set up a lead in Method, the address and phone appears to be tied to the first contact for that company. There does not appear to be separate company-level data. Is that correct? Do I need to add custom fields to the customer/lead table to reatin the company-level data? Is there a better way?
