    error message when inputting new leads

    I'm getting an error message when i put in new leads into my crm. Here it is:
    Since QuickBooks Online does not support an active/inactive status for customers, you cannot set this customer to inactive. Can you tell me why I'm getting this message for new leads?

    Can you tell me why I'm getting this message for new leads?

    How are you putting your leads into Method?  This message is correct because you can't make a customer inactive in Method.  I've only been able to hit this error message when I edit a customer and click the Customer Is Active checkbox under the Additional Info tab section then hit save.  Can you tell me what steps you're taking to get this message?
