Question? We are trying to upload a complete file into Method and the message is stating it's too big....10 Pages in one PDF file.... All of our files are like this,.... is there a way to fix the MB For larger file.....
Currently, we have a 5MB limit on any one document that is uploaded into Method. There are a number of software to resize this pdf to be smaller (when I google "free pdf resizer" I came across a number of free application. On a Mac the Preview application can do this for you, and this link tells you of an easy way to perform this task). You will need to use one of these application to reduce the size of the upload document.
Furthermore, even if you use our SmartVault integration with Method, the 5MB limit will still be enforced.
I also want to point out that we allow you to have up to 500MB of storage for each Method user and there is a extra charge when you exceed this limit.
