"All Activity (from any user) on any Customer in Method is listed as a Activity from a single user (David Proulx) in QB. To have proper accountability for each user in Method, we would want for each user's activity to show up as their related user account in QB. Example: Justin Campbell and Joe McMillian both make changes to a customer account in Method. The activity log in QB shows that David Proulx made those changes In the user account settings, the user in Method is set properly for the setting "Link to Employee / Vendor / OtherName (SalesRep):" Shouldn't that relate the Method activity to QB activity log? How can I relate the Method user account to the same QB user account?"
Under Customize > User, and edit a Method user. Within Step 1 of 10 : General Properties, there is a selection to link the user to a Employee / Vendor / OtherName (SalesRep) from QuickBooks.
You will need to sync with QuickBooks for ths list to be populated. Once linked, the Method user will show the different transations that has been associated to this particular user.
