I would recommend the following steps if you want to order your leads from hot, warm to cold.
a) These 3 records are in the LeadRating table, and you will need to edit them to be "1. Hot", "2. Warm" and "3. Cold"
b) In your lead list screen, you will need to modify Step 4 of 9 : Sorting, in the Grid Wizard to have it sorted by the LeadRating field.
Because the sorting function will examine the first character (1,2 or 3) then it will sort your Leads records, according to it's LeadRating number.
