Sorry to not understand, but what you do mean by "grid"?

Hi Fred, by grid I just mean the table your trying to export. I assume you have a screen with your data and you've got a button with the action to export to excel. I want to see the layout of that screen and the data that it's trying to export. From your earlier post you're not using the import/export tool so there is some customization on your end to get this data out.

Thanks for clearing that up.  Sorry I misunderstood.  Will get screen shot out later.  Right now working on getting a hundred or so new membership cards out.

However, when I bring up any table in Method, my view is truncated to only as many columns that will fit on the display and I am not aware of any way to shrink it or view more columns (no scroll bar at the bottom).  So, I can only give you a partial picture.
