    Method button disappeared from Outlook Contact toolbar

    Hi Everyone,

    I've been using the Outlook Plug-In for a couple of months to import Outlook contacts into Method. 


    The Method icon that used to be on the toolbar of a Contact window has disappeared! 


    I've tried re-installing but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas I can try?

    You should uninstall then re-install the plug-in.  Make sure you're logged in as the adminstrator when you run the installer.  Also make sure your Windows updates are all up to date.

    One other thing to check is your ribbon customization in Outlook - right-click anywhere on the ribbon and click Customize Ribbon.  Maybe Method was removed from the ribbon by accident?
