I'm a new user so excuse my question,. It appears there is no way to "customize" the Outlook plug-in to import more data (such as: address, phone, etc), you are just able to import the name and email address to add a new customer..
Is there any other way in Method to import the data from an email into the customer database?? We currently have a contact form on our web site that a new customer fills out and then the form is sent to us in an email with all of their data listed in each field. I don't want to have to create another web form in Method if I can easily import the data from the email...???
Any ideas from anyone??? Thx...
