    Activities Are Not Saving

    I just got done chatting with a Method Support Representative, and after much typing back and forth, he proclaimed he could not identify the problem so the only way to get help for free would be to post here. So I again explain my delima as requested:

    This week we switched from the Method CRM free-trial to a paid basic account. For the past two days, when we try to save activities, whether completed or a future follow-up, they do not show up anywhere under the activites or anywhere else in Method. About 80% of my attempts to save activities have failed. I believe the rate of failure may be higher for new leads than it is for activities that have been on my active list that I have completed this week.

    Hi Marybeth,

    Sorry for the trouble you've been having with activities.  It sounds like you're working in a stock screen with Method but having an issue - this type of problem is definitely covered under free support so please call us at 1-888-925-6238 option 2 for support and I can look into this for you.

    Alternatively you can email me here and I'll follow-up asap.  Please include the company account you sign-in with in the email so I can lookup your account.
