I know action sets can be copied from one event to another within the same screen.  Can this be done between screens?  Several of my screens share complicated functionality and I would benefit from being able to write action sets that can be shared between screens.  Like Shared Results, I would like to see Shared Action Sets, if they do not already exist.

Yes!  When you're looking at your action list there's a radio button above the event dropdown which says copy action.  Select this then pull down the action dropdown and you'll notice it changed to list all the action sets for the screen.  There's an option here to Show All Accessible Controls In Account - select this and the dropdown will repopulate with a list of all actions for all screens/buttons/objects.  Very powerful feature here.
