Full Sync All the Time

    Full Sync All the Time

    For some reason, the Sync Engine does full syncs all the time, one after the other.

    Can anybody help with this? Its a nightmare. We have 30,000 items in QB and a full sync takes an hour.

    Can you check your QuickBooks > Synchronize settings and let me know what it says for Frequency then look under Transaction History, click show options per transaction type and let me know if anything is set different from default.  Sync engine issues are free support so please feel free to call in and speak with someone to help you get this resolved.  Our number is 1-888-925-6238, option 2 for support.
