Cannot Customize CRM_NewDocument

    Cannot Customize CRM_NewDocument

    When I copy the stock CRM_NewDocument screen then try to customize the new instance, the screen editor loads with nothing on it. Also, when I copy the screen, a non-editable copy shows up...like it's another original. I'm unable to delete these copies. What's the deal with this screen? Is there a reason for this?

    This shouldn't be happening.  I can't recreate this is my own account so I'd like to take a look at your account through the MethodSupport user.  Please enable this from Customize > Users and click the active checkbox beside the MethodSupport user.  Can you also email in your company account name.
