If you only need to remove a few duplicates you can click the check box next to each contact and click Remove Checked at the bottom of the screen. However if you have a large number of duplicates then we need to know how your list was created.
When you used the List Builder how did you fill your list, did you fill with lead contacts/customer contacts or did you fill with invoices? If you're seeing duplicates it was most probably caused by filling with invoices and not using a narrow start and end time frame. Under Step 2: Edit your list scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the Remove All button. Then go back to step one and fill with contacts.
If you in fact filled your list with contacts last time and currently don't have any contact duplicates in your ContactsList screen then there may be something else going on here. I just built a list using the Fill with lead contacts/customer contacts section and did not get any duplicates. Let me know what happens.
