    Include multiple "types" of customers in one email campaign

    I need to include multiple types of customers (there are about 50 types in our account and 10,717 customers) in one email campaign. As it stands now, I can only select one customer type at a time to send the same email campaign to. I want to create a customization so I can see a running list of how many customers I have selected so that when I search a new "type," the previously selected ones don't disappear.

    Hi again Jessica,

    As stated over the phone this is definitely something that can be done through customization. It would involve having your own custom List Builder screen and editing it to select only the Customer Types you would want to include in your list.
