    Problems printing

    Running into the following message when I print preview invoice screen. Has been going on for about a month. Usually requires a log out and log back in to resolve. Is there a solution to this?

    Method is still processing your request.
    The server will be contacted every 15 seconds to verify the health of this process.

    I have this same issue. At times I wait for a good minute or two to print.

    Hi Andy K,

    Sometimes this message will process for about a minute or so which most usually happens on the first print, but it's not stuck or frozen so you shouldn't have to reload/refresh your page.
