Hello,

I have 2 questions on the Field Service Calendar.

1. Can you export it to Excel or CSV?

2. Is there a way to print the grid view? The office is transitioning to method from paper and have several users who need the "crutch" of paper until they get comfortable with Method. 

What they want to see on the hard copy is:

Date/Time of appointment

Job Name

Job Address

Activity Number 

Something similar to the "Weekly Calendar View" in Outlook

There is no button to export on the calendar page but you could add an Export Grid to Excel button to the Work Order List screen.  It would be preferable to export from a grid since we have an action built specifically for this - Export Grid to Excel.

My suggestion here is to use the Export Grid to PDF action (similar to above) OR build a custom report with the report designer since you have so much fleixibility in displaying the information.  You'll want to customize the grid to display the information you need then add a button screen to call the export action.

If you're a Google calendar user then you can use our brand new Google Calendar integration to sync your calendar over to Google and use their print feature.  Google has some good options when printing calendar's so you should get a nice output from them.

I will look at the links you sent. As far as the calendar - they are using Outlook. I appreciate the tips and will keep that in mind for future clients.
