Is it possible to create an internal wiki that is similar in structure to the Method CRM Help Centre?

It would certainly be possible, but we don't have any plans to create a wiki. We do plan to update our help centre to include many more articles to help our users better understand and use Method.

But there's no replication of the CRM Help file structure, right? Again, It'd be great to have a wiki-style hierarchy for internal company processes (not for Method help - but the same design).
Mike - I see what you're asking now. Sorry for the confusion. You're correct, there no way to replicate our help file structure in Method.
I was a bit mistaken with my previous post. You can create the Help Centre like structure from Knowledge Base tool under Customization > Integration Tools. You won't however, be able to keep this internal. We have an internal feature request in place, but I can't give much of a timeline as far as an ETA.
