    Hi Willy,

    This can be done by editing the tab links in your portal tab by going to Customize > Tabs. You can rearrange the tab links by moving them up and down using the arrows on the right hand side of the Edit Tab Links screen. Alternatively, you can change which screens show when a particular tab link is clicked by selecting the dropdown list under the Opens Screen column. The first tab link on the top of the list will be the first one shown to the left hand side of the screen when users login to the portal.

    Where are you sending the email from? For example are you sending the email from the QuickBooks_Invoice screen?

    Did you customize the screen where this email is being sent from?

    Did you change any of the stock email templates or create your own and are using those?

    Hi Willy,

    I sent you an email guiding you on how to accomplish what you're looking for. In order to start over just delete your custom List Builder screen which was copied from the stock CRM_ListBuilder screen.

    Hi Willy,

    In order to change which default tab link customers are sent to you must make a copy of the stock CRM_ListBuilder screen and customize it, then modify the specific actions in the Process button(s) which are related to the portal link. The link urlforportal is just a placeholder until the actions in the Process button(s) work their magic and the email is sent. If you currently have a custom ListBuilder screen I would suggest you delete it and make another one, other wise just perform my suggestion and it'll work as intended.

    If you don't understand how to perform what I suggested, I would recommend watching our Customization Webinars in order to get a better grasp on the how-to's. Just scroll down to the Customization section. Alternatively you can always get training or customization help from one of our Consultants or Method Solutions Providers, however these are paid sessions.
