We have several locations, each location has a production manager where all work orders are assigned. Each user company wide gets to the work orders calendar by clicking an icon from a home screen(action on a picture, see below). I want all members of that paticular location to see the same calendar, but filtered to their location's production person by default.
The problem is that I do not have access to the "filter" field, and I can not find a way to alter that field without direct user input.
I hope that makes sense.
In the meantime, I am copying the work orders calendar, assigning it statically, and sending them to their location calendar based on user logged-in when they click the icon...
not efficient to create essentially the same calendar. This would be easy if I had access to the "filter" field.
Any ideas?
