    Maybe I am misunderstanding, but can we only attach/upload files up to 5MB (from Method to SmartVault)?

    Hi Garrett,

    Yes that's correct, when uploading single files, the size cannot exceed 5MB. With the basic free SmartVault account each Method user has a limit of 25MB, so that's a total of 5 files which are 5MB each. Hope this clears things up for you.

    We pay for a team account with SmartVault - is there any way to increase the filesize we submit via Method (since SmartVault has virtually no restrictions)?  Many of our documents are slightly larger than 5MB.  This limit really cuts the functionality severely.

    We may be able to increase this so I put in a feature request with our team. I can't guarantee if or when this will be done but will update this post once I receive a response.
