Let me add on to my previous post.
The idea with the "wait for sync approval" field was to flag transactions that were not supposed to go to QuickBooks yet. Out of the box, we don't have a pre-determined work flow to use with this checkbox. So if someone decides to check the box, it is up to them (or another user) to remove the box manually from the transaction. This bolds true for all transactions. The only time that we automatically check this box is if a transaction is created for a lead, thus preventing them from becoming a customer before they should.
This field was added so that designers of screens could build custom work flows that suit their needs or the needs of their clients. Hope this helps!
