I am a new user, and I want to slowly to convert from the software that I use now to method.
I have been reading about tags, and I am not sure if I should use tags or create a new field in the customer screen to divide the customers in different types (commercial, residential,etc).
What is better in this case?
The customer types will be use mostly to filter the renewal letter at the end of the season, since different type of customers will get a diferent renewal letter.
