    I would like to have a go to button on the list builder screen so I get to the customers page and edit, see acitivites, etc for any person I click on, just like we can do when displaying an existing lead or contact list.


    What I've figured out so far is click customize, screens, CRM_list builder(3) (i built this so I could have addesses to print labels from) edit, edit list builder Grid 1, go to Step 2 instert column link titled "go To" open actions select show screen in pop up, screens CRM_edit customer.  


    I get the page I want but no custmer information - it's a blank new page

    Hi Angie,

    You will need to add in another action before the Screen pop up action in order to retrieve the customer'sRecord ID from the Customer table. You can do that by using the Retrieve Value From table action which you will need to store in an Action Result, then for your Screen pop up action have the Active Record ID be referenced from this action result.
