If your fabricator is someone you will regularly send information to, are they already in your Quickbooks system as a vendor or another entity? If so, what you could do is create another user in Method CRM, but not a user that is able to log in. You can then attach a Quickbooks Entity (vendor/employee/other) to that user and assign activities to that user.
When you assign an activity to the user, they will get an email with the contact information. Within that you can attach notes and comments.
In fact, if you wish to pay for another license, then the fabricator can log in and get more detail and information about the contact you are sending them.
