I am just learning to use Method and am trying to figure out the best way to track the different items/services purchased by my customers.
I can see the items purchased by each individual customer, but would like to have the ability to build a list based on the items purchased. For instance, if I need to send an email to all customers who purchased my "Training Manual #1", how would I create that list?
I'm guessing the best way would be to create a Tag with "Manual#1" and then build the list using that Tag. If that's the recommendation, what is the easiest way to translate QB sales of particular items to a Method Tags? I will need to find a way to do a bulk-edit for prior sales and also a way to do it for sales from this point forward.
