I'd like to export everyone that has a check box in "Opt Out Of Marketing"

What table do I find that so I can export to excel?

You can do this by going to the Campaigns tab > List Builder 

Here you can for

Step 1 : select Fill your list with Contacts

In the screen presented make sure to check the Opt-out of marketing and all other relevant options that apply and click on Insert Contacts. 

Once you have a populated list for Step 2 at the bottom of the screen is a button Export to Excel which you can use to export the generated list to Excel.

An addition to the above response you will need to add the Opt-out column to the Listbuilder Grid first. Once the list is generated for you you can then filter based on that column to get the list you require and then Export to Excel.

Glad to help if you can also alternatvely use a more quicker method by Exporting your Contacts table and in the Advanced Script section add in the following IsOptOutOfMarketing='True' for Filter with Script.
