Hi,

I've been emailing my estimates from Method.  Is there a way to look at a "sent" folder, so to speak -- to see which emails have been sent from Method?

Hi Suzanne,

These types of emails are sent from Method to the customer, along with being CC'd to the Method account's configured email address. You should find a copy of these emails in that account's Inbox rather than the Sent folder. So if your Method account's email address is Suzanne@somecompany.com you should find that these emails were copied to that account.

Any further logging within Method would require some customization. If that's something of interest to you, we can put you in touch with our in-house consultants, or alternatively you can speak with one of our Method Solution Providers.
